Summary: I arrived in a little bit of a mood because of some travel disruptions, but those frustrations melted away within minutes of arriving at Iberostar. The staff was unbelievably helpful. Very upbeat and friendly. Both pools were amazing, the room was perfect, and they seemed to be one of few hotels in Mallorca that actually had purified drinking water available to their guests for free. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
