Positive: Really helpful staff, lovely clean and modern room, quiet with plenty of space. Parking was convenient too and very reasonable price for Reading.
Negative: The only slight issue was accessibility to the upper floor room with the pram when the baby was asleep in it, as there’s only stairs!
