Positive: Gianni was extremely helpful and had time to recommend lovely restaurants and places to see and visit. Gianni also provided milk and water with little treats that we really appreciated. It enabled us to have breakfast drinks in the morning and not have to rush to the supermarket. The apartment had everything we needed......super comfortable with excellent A/C. The view from the large balcony is incredible and I think this is the stand out feature. We found the washing machine & detergent provided to be a real plus point after spending time at the beach in Marina de Ragusa. Lots of cookware if you want to prepare you're own meals. We found parking to be quite easy to find near the apartment. Ragusa Ibla is so beautiful and still unspoilt. Still a hidden Sicilian gem.

Negative: The apartment is gorgeous and has everything. The Scala steps to the bottom of Ibla are fine going down but take a bit of effort getting back up after a memorable dinner in town.
