Summary: Staying at Idle awhile cliff is a great stay, however be aware of the very idle vibe. Things are extremely relaxed. Most people go out for dinner in the evenings, so staff is normally gone by 7pm on the dot. This property has so much potential but I am afraid it’s a tad bit neglected because it is the smaller of the 3 properties. The concept of the room is amazing. At night it’s extremely dark in this area and away from most of what’s happening on the west end. Upon arriving we notice a few things out of place, cars parked on the property every which way instead of on designated area, laundry sitting out and we were not briefed on the fact that dinner last seating is 6pm, we walked down to the bar area and everything was closed no one in sight on property. We spoke with property management and things improved and I hope they continue to hold standards higher to provide an exceptional level of hospitality experience, because this property complete has the makings for it!
