Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I stayed at this hotel and overall it is a pleasant place, but it needs some improvements. First, there were issues with the inverter and electrical extensions, which were not working properly. Another major problem was the geyser—it does not work 24/7 and mostly does not work at night. I requested multiple times, and it only worked very late at night, so I had to take a shower very late due to poor management. Secondly, I called for ironing my shirt, but the staff did not respond on the first call. Even after requesting three times, someone finally came to iron my shirt, which was inconvenient. There was no water or drinks in the room refrigerator. I requested water, but again the extension was not working, so I couldn’t even make another call. I got exhausted trying repeatedly, and finally I had to go to the reception myself. After that, a helper came to my room and replaced the extension. The room A/C was working fine, but it made a little noise. There were no bathrobes provided, and only one very thin, low-quality towel was hanging behind the bathroom door. Breakfast was very basic. The buffet had only haleem, chana, naan, roti, one sweet (halwa), tea, jam, and bread. There was no juice, no drinks, no vegetables, no chicken curry, no rice, and overall the taste was not good. One very nice and positive thing about this hotel is that the staff is not strict about guests coming to the room. My office friend came to meet me and stayed for some time, and the hotel staff was very relaxed and welcoming. They treated my guest politely and even offered tea or drinks. This level of hospitality is very valuable and encourages guests to stay again. I would especially like to appreciate the reception staff member Inaam. He is very professional, helpful, polite, and gentle. He always supported me and handled things well. He is truly a good person.
