Positive: Host met us at the train station. Waterfront location, beautiful gardens. Host very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Any additional questions or requests were met promptly and efficiently. Although we were told that two other parties were also staying on site (and therefore sharing some of the facilities available) we didn't see them. Close to the train station, very scenic train ride to the town through vineyards and alongside Lake Iseo. Good facilities eg., shop, bakery, restaurants nearby. Very relaxing spot and beautiful views from our balcony.
Negative: Not a huge issue, just a bit unusual, however due to the position of the plug sockets, the kettle was located to the far side of the room rather than the kitchen area. Also visitors from the UK should be aware that there can be 3 pin plug sockets in Lombardy so standard UK to Europe adaptors won't fit. We had already bought a couple of adaptors before arriving at this accommodation and we were expecting it.
Summary: Beautiful, characterful accommodation in a wonderful lakeside setting with facilities close by
