Spacious apartment in a beautiful old style in the center of Alicante.
At 120 square meters, the apartment with its three beautiful bedrooms, each with its own balcony can accommodate six people.
Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet in a side street.
Shopping, eating out or just go to the café in the immediate vicinity. In the historic old town you go in 5 minutes, to the beach or to the harbor promenade in 15 minutes.

The living room:
The very large living room with 40 square meters offers plenty of space to stop. The fully equipped holiday kitchen offers everything necessary for cooking. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and a gas stove with electric oven are available. The dining area is located next to the kitchen in the living room.
The apartment is renovated and has fast internet, air conditioning and a big screen TV. You reach the third floor comfortably in the elevator. With the door intercom, you can also see on a screen who wants to visit you.
On the balcony to the yard you can dry your handtüscher and laundry well. The washing machine is in the bathroom.
The fans on the bedroom ceilings are very quiet and pleasant to sleep in when it is very warm. With the air conditioning in the main area you can cool down the entire living area pleasantly.
In winter, every room can be heated by electric convectors.
Access:
They have the entire apartment for themselves. There is only this one apartment on the floor. All in all, there are only four parties in the house, all of whom are very nice and know that we are renting to guests.
We ourselves are mostly not there. A very nice couple, Leidy and Cristofer take care of everything. They will give you the keys and they will help if there is something to help. Of course we are also always available.
We would be very happy if you handle all the things in the apartment carefully.
The location:
Alicante is a small city. It has everything that makes a great city and is pleasantly small and clear. In every season there are cultural, culinary and other leisure activities.
The apartment itself is so central that you do not need a car, unless you also want to explore the wider area of Alicante on the move. The restaurants, bars and cafes extend from the apartment, through the entire center, through the historic old town down to the harbor. The shopping miles also start right outside.
The big advantage of this apartment is that it is still very quiet in a small side street. Due to the height of the third floor, it is quite quiet and also bright.
For the Starndfans: The very beautiful and long city beach can be reached in about 12 minutes walk. Highly recommended is the beach at San Juan, which can be reached by car in 10 minutes or in about 30-40 minutes by air-conditioned tram.
Public transportation:
In 2 minutes you can reach the bus station Avda. Alfonso X el Sabio. From there you can get to the main station and the airport, or in the other direction to the big beaches.
The main train station can also be reached on foot in about 12-15 minutes.
The airport is about 20 minutes away by car, taxi costs about 24, - € and bus (about 40 minutes) 3,80 €.
