Positive: The facilities, privacy and location

Negative: The sunbeds! Different to the photos and the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. Too hard, too low and cannot adjust. Please put the others back. Would have also liked sun umbrellas to go with the loungers. The towels do not match the quality of the villa. My size 8 daughter ended up using a beach towel (which we’d had to pay extra for) which gives an idea of their inadequacy. Would be nice to get WiFi throughout the whole property. Nice touch providing a hairdryer nozzle and diffuser. Pity they didn’t fit the actual hairdryer provided. A welcome folder with map, points of reference, petrol stations, supermarkets and restaurant recommendations would have been a nice touch, as opposed to a poster of ‘rules’ and threats of losing security deposit etc.

Summary: A lovely villa and an enjoyable holiday. The points above, if addressed, will make it truly first class.
