Luxury Villa a few meters from the Mediterranean Sea, close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy...).
Inside we find a bright living room with fully equipped kitchenette. From the living room we have access to the garden of the house, where we find the swimming pool. It has 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, so it is ideal for people with reduced mobility. The other two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, both have access to a balcony with views of the garden and swimming pool. There are three bathrooms. One bathroom is en suite in the master bedroom.
Outside there is a wonderful heated swimming pool with a part adapted for children, garden furniture such as sun loungers, table and chairs, barbecue and parking area.
Finally, we can use the spectacular solarium, where soon will be adapted a lounge - chillout area from where we can enjoy the beautiful views of Cabo de Palos, the sea and its emblematic lighthouse.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE RULES BEFORE FORMALIZING THE RESERVATION. ONCE RECEIVED THE PAYMENT OF 30% (ONLY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS, NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB,BOOKING,VRBO...), YOU AGREE TO THE RULES DESCRIBED HERE:
-THE KEYS OF THE APARTMENT WILL NOT BE HANDED OVER IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE STAY IS NOT PAID IN FULL.
- After the stay, the keys are always returned to THE OFFICE.
- Check-in time is always at 16h and check-out time is at 12h. With the exception of possible early check-in and late check-out, previously consulted in WRITING. Under no circumstances is this a definitive agreement, as it is always subject to the availability of the property and possible reservations that may be made before and after your stay.
- The packages of sheets come closed and ready for laundry. If you find any stain or problem, please let us know immediately so that we can solve it immediately.
- If during your stay you see any damage or any failure at the time of delivery of the apartment, please let us know immediately, do not wait to leave the apartment to let us know. We seek to offer the best experience for our tenants and we will do everything possible to solve any problem that may arise during your stay.
- The reservation is considered formalized only if the 30% deposit is received. Sending an email requesting dates is NOT a reservation. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded. This condition applies even if the cancellation is due to force majeure.
- For the villas GAWY I, II and Cabo Negrete a deposit of 1500€ is requested, which will be charged in Virtual TPV (card) at the time of Check-in and will be returned after 48h, after checking the house, as long as there is no damage or breakage and there has not been any complaint for noise/music after 24.00h. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO HAVE PARTIES IN THE VILLA, to smoke or to use smoke machines. The deposit will be retained if there are complaints from neighbors or authorities, to face possible fines. The deposit will also be withheld in the event of any damage or breakage during the client's stay, until a solution is found.
- The occupation of the accommodation by more people than the number of people established in the reservation will result in immediate expulsion without the right to reimbursement of the amount of the reservation.
- Respect undisputedly the schedules of swimming pool, garbage, and capacity of 1 car per apartment. Any complaint received by the community of neighbors, will be notified to the tenant. Depending on the degree of complaint and dissatisfaction, the tenant may be immediately expelled from the apartment, without the right to reimbursement.
- In the event that neighborhood complaints generate a complaint and fine by the local police, such fines will be borne by the tenant.
- In those developments with common access without assigned parking spaces, a maximum of one car per apartment may be parked. THE URBANIZATION ALISIOS DOES NOT HAVE PARKING OR GARAGE.
- Two sets of keys are given per apartment, one set of keys to the urbanization (if there is one) and one set of keys to the CLUBHOUSE. The loss of the keys, supposes a charge to be assumed by the tenant of 5€ per set of keys of the clubhouse, 20€ per set of keys of the apartment and 50€ per broken/lost remote control. For the keys of the luxury villas, 150€ will be charged for lost keys.
- It is strictly PROHIBITED to undo, modify or separate sets of keys. They cannot be separated or mixed.
- Only ONE KEY HANDLE PER VILLA is delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Under no circumstances will the keys to the swimming pool of the urbanization outside the reserve be delivered, nor keys to the parking lot in other urbanizations.
With the present offer we proceed to pre-reserve this property in your name for THREE DAYS. Once the three days have passed without the payment of the advance of 30%, nor any response from the client, we will proceed to cancel the pre-reservation, the apartment will be available for other reservations (ONLY FOR DIRECT RESERVATIONS, NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB, BOOKING, VRBO...).
