This remodeled condo is in the ideal location for your Anna Maria Island getaway. Award winning restaurants, great shopping and a marina are right out your door. The world famous beach on the Gulf of Mexico is three blocks away. Bikes, beach cart, beach supplies are provided. The expansive park across the street has tennis, pickleball, basketball, skate park, playground, dog park, boat & kayak launch ramp. Relax on your deck and enjoy a coffee & the beach breeze through the palm trees.
The Space:
Located on the second floor with a nice balcony in this 4-unit condo complex, comfy patio/deck seating shaded by palm trees is a nice spot for coffee in the morning or a beverage in the evening. The condo has big brand new windows with lots of natural light, so it's bright and open with a beachy feel. There is a queen and a double bed in the guest room and a queen in the master. The kitchen has all the necessities including a brand new fridge with ice-maker/water filter dispenser. There is dining seating for 4. The full bathroom has a bathtub/shower and there are 2 extra half bathrooms immediately below our condo on the ground floor of the building. These are rarely used restrooms just for tenants of the building (e.g. the local newspaper has a small office on the ground floor). Our/your garage is filled with beach supplies along with your new washer and dryer and bikes for touring around Anna Maria Island, and for a quick ride to the beach (3 blocks away). There are multiple beach access points nearby so you can try different ones and pick your favorite including Manatee Public Beach if you want a tiki bar, restaurant, changing rooms and all the amenities

The Neighborhood:
You are in the heart of Anna Maria Island in Holmes Beach. There are 11 popular restaurants within a short walk including The Chateau at Waterline (one block away), Ugly Grouper (next door), Duffy's (one block), Hurricane Hanks, The Feast, Beach Bistro (one of Florida's highest rated restaurants), Scott's Deli, Domino's Pizza and more... and lots of fun bars and cocktail lounges nearby too. Itโs a short walk or bike ride to beautiful white sand Holmes Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Choose one of many quiet secluded beach access trails or the family friendly Manatee Public Beach which has all amenities on site including restaurant, tiki bar, shops, beach rentals, volleyball courts, picnic tables, restrooms and changing rooms.
Getting Around:
Free trolley right across the street takes you up and down our Island (Anna Maria) and Longboat Key to the south. We have bikes* (*use at your own risk) in the garage for you to ride to the beach or explore the island. Rent a golf cart and park it in your garage - a popular choice. There is free parking at our condo for your vehicle (labeled B on the white fence beside our unit in the back right corner of our building) or other unmarked spots beside the building.
Other Things to Note:
Park in the space labeled B (our unit number) or C in front of the white fence in the back right corner of our building, or in front of our garage B. The garage is filled with beach supplies and bikes but if you move things over to the side you could park in the garage, but outside parking is better for easy access to beach supplies and your washer/dryer which are also in our garage below our condo.
