Positive: The location was fantastic

Negative: The check in wasn’t very pleasant Unfortunately the 4 check in staff were rude They need to understand English We were early for check in They said come back 2pm no worries Went had lunch no problem Came back at 2pm They said another 30 mins Due to my Thai wife was unwell at the time I politely asked them to explain to her in Thai the situation They completely ignored me Then the change over staff came in The new check in lady Was brilliant After that the stay was prefect

Summary: Would I stay there again probably no 5 star no it wasn’t plenty of better 4star around they need to train there staff to
