This gorgeous 3000 square foot home has three bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a half bath. It is beautifully appointed with designer furnishings and fine Southern Regional and International artwork. The gourmet Kitchen has a 48' Wolf commercial stove, French door refrigerator, and Bosch dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with Reed and Barton flatware and tasteful china. Waterford and china are available upon request.
The Kitchen and great room have Saltillo tile flooring throughout and floor-to-ceiling built-in bookshelves. The French doors and windows flood the room with light and open onto a lovely tree-lined terrace for morning coffee and afternoon wine. The master opens to a covered front balcony with gorgeous views of local architecture and the Avenue.
A hallway leads to a large second bedroom with a king-size bed and a shared full bath with a walk-in marble shower. The spacious third bedroom has two Queen beds. The laundry room with an Electrolux front-load washer and dryer is conveniently located steps from the bedroom door.
