Positive: Beautiful location. Lots to offer and relatively close to many attractions. 10 mins from Coverack Cove which was beautiful and a must if you want a beach day. Easy, hassle free key collection. Plenty of towels for each guest including a face cloth, towel and large bath sheet each. Local milk available in the fridge so you can have a cuppa asap. Courtyard was very peaceful and the children enjoyed the horses just beyond. Lots of useful items to borrow in the downstairs cupboard - windbreakers, parasol, buckets and spades etc - ideal if you’ve forgotten or for a spur of the moment beach trip. Tim was very friendly and a good host. Wi-Fi available and accessible from most rooms. 15 mins from Flambards, which once purchased, your ticket is valid for the week - we went 3 times! This our second visit and we’d definitely come back.

Negative: It’s a lovely place to stay, but if being picky… Shower room floor can get slippy after use. Cleaning could perhaps be more thorough and an extra pillowslip/ protector between the outer cover and pillows would be good.
