Summary: Stayed for a week to work and vacation with my husband and teenage son. Apartment was beautifully designed and decorated, very spacious and equipped with everything a small family could need. For a remote worker, the desk setup was top of the line and had everything I needed, plus nice extras like video call lighting, and the internet was fast and consistent. I especially appreciated tons of helpful touches around the apartment such as having coffee, tea and chocolates, as well as spices, oil and vinegar in the kitchen, and having plenty of soap, dish and laundry detergent, and paper products stocked and ready for guests. The beds were comfortable and linens clean and nice. The apartment doesn't have air conditioning, but does have two very nice floor fans. The entire apartment was spotless on arrival, and check-in and check-out was very easy. The location is great and everything you need is just a short walk away. We walked from the apartment to downtown several times and you can easily walk or bus anywhere you need to go. A few questions popped up during our stay and the host was very responsive, helpful and even went out of his way to help us retrieve something we accidentally left behind after checking out. Just a few things to be aware of.... The shower drain is a little slow, so monitor when showering. Also, make sure you have strong legs because the apartment is on the top floor and it's about five flights of stairs up and there is no elevator.
