Summary: Room 102 was very clean and the layout was great for our group. Distance to Skytree and Oshiage station were convenient. Other than text messages for check in, there was no further communication or contact with staff. Wash machine is small, but worked great during our stay. Drying clothes was challenging for us. Only complaint was an unpleasant oder emminating from the bathroom at times, but that would not stop us from staying here again.
