Positive: Location is great. The rooms were well sized, kitchen was well equipped

Negative: The fireplace was out of order which we only discovered upon arrival, the pictures are not all coherent with the actual apartment and not as welcoming. Difficult to reach someone at vacasa during stay. For every request a tickets gets raised but nothing gets done. There was no running water when we arrived late at night and nothing was done about it (apart from raising a ticket) until 10am the next morning.

Summary: Great location, decent sized apartment.
