Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Clean, well stocked and close to food and restaurants. Perfect size for what we needed, and the kitchen was nice.
Negative: The property was a bit challenging to find, the building wasn’t clearly labeled - at least from what I could see while driving at night trying to not mow over pedestrians and golf carts. Parking was BEHIND the building, there is 1 parking space, and some guest spaces - but you’re not supposed to park in them overnight. (We did, it worked out fine). Once you park, you have to find the small hallways that bring you to where the apartment doors are. The door key code box was finnicky, we had a hard time getting it to open and lock, but we did make it work. The second night of our stay someone unlocked and opened our door in the middle of the night, which really freaked us out. We asked about it the next day and apparently there was a family emergency and a family member came to get keys for something - fine, but there was no notice, before or after, and we were left lying awake all night wondering if someone was coming back. We are understanding of accidents, but really wish someone had messaged us once they realized what happened— to let us know so we didn’t panic all night long.
Summary: Nice place to stay, bring an extra way to lock the door.
