Summary: The property was built in 1980 and the room allocated had not really received any upgrade since construction. The room felt miserable. The missing tea tray was provided on request but clearly not all residents asked. The rooms illustrated on the marketing material appeared quite superior with little variance in price to what we paid. The marketing material also shows people enjoying a drink in the lounge although this was forbidden. The breakfast was good and breakfast staff cheerful. The overall experience felt mean at Killarney prices.
