Positive: L'Effrontée is a dreamy escape. We had the best time, and Mathieu and Cedric are the loveliest hosts. The house and grounds are pristine and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was a highlight. We truly felt like we had moved to the Provence hills for a few days. The owners clearly take great pride in the property they've curated. We also really liked the location. An easy 30 min down to the coastal towns and Nice, also close to many mountain villages. Being able to walk to dinner in town without worrying about driving was ideal. Can't recommend more!
Negative: This is no fault of the property... rent a small car!
