Positive: The bedroom has a very comfortable bed, and the couch for the kids was decent, though a bit less stable. The apartment was clean, and communication with the owner was friendly and easy. Parking is convenient, although the neighborhood can feel a bit challenging. The location is great—close to the university and not far from the city center.
Negative: The apartment has only one window facing the street, which is not always ideal to open. There is no window in the bedroom. Although there is some ceiling ventilation, there seems to be a mold issue, which is likely masked by the use of air fresheners. The coffee machine was old and we couldn’t get it to work.
Summary: Apartment is in general fine, but presented better than in the reality.
