Glenorchy and Claremont Shopping hubs are within a four kilometre drive and the property is approximately a twelve kilometre (20 minute) drive via the Brooker Highway to central Hobart. The property is close to Mona Museum; Moorilla Winery; the Granada Tavern; Beer Wines and Spirits (BWS) Bottle Shop; and a Corner Store. The closest Bus Stop is over one kilometre away therefore having your own vehicle is recommended. The Intercity Cycleway is close by (200m approx.) for the cycling enthusiasts.
