Summary: We have stayed a few times before but this time found the service less satisfactory. Welcome at reception was polite but no warmth. We asked about the heating in our room which hadn’t come on. The receptionist said she would come back to us but we had no response. Eventually it came on automatically. Leaves a bad impression.
