La Fermiere is part of a traditional Breton farmhouse that has been fully restored and is now a beautifully spacious property that is ideal for holidays for larger groups. With its five bedrooms, spread over the top two floors, it can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. Four of bedrooms have ensuite facilities and the fifth has a family bathroom just next door. It has a fully equipped kitchen dining room with a table large enough to seat 12 people and a large sitting room on the ground floor. Outside, there is a large private terrace with garden furniture and a large barbecue.
To the side of the house there is a communal laundry room with a toilet. This along with the half-acre garden that surrounds three sides of the house, the shaded play area and pool are shared with Le Pressoir (property number 8842894).
The 11m x 5m heated pool with its retractable cover means that swimming is possible in all weathers. The pool area is surrounded by a fence and alarmed when the lockable cover is removed.
The pool is open daily from 09:00 to 22:00 from the end of April until the end of September. It is heated to a minimum of 23ยฐ during these months. We will remove and replace the cover according to the weather during your stay.
At only five kilometres from Languidic with its supermarket, bakeries and restaurants, La Fermiere is ideally locate for both those that wish to have a lazy holiday lounging by the pool and those that wish to explore the many different excursions the Morbihan offers including beaches within half an hour of the property.
