Soothing rural setting & unspoiled nature, nestled on the immediate edge of a vast plateau of meadows (with the peaceful famous Charolais cows as neighboursโฆ), in the hollow of the gentle hilly Creusotine countryside, a succession of bocage valleys surrounded by wooded hills , bucolic ponds full of fish (including the vast Brandon fishing pond with an area of 48 ha nearby) and deep wild forests to explore on foot or mountain bike (numerous panoramic "belvederes"). Very comfortable cottage. Warm contemporary cachet sublimated by a neat "ethnic" decoration inspired by the various travels of the owners (between Asia, Madagascar, Jordan & Maghreb). Very charming. Cosy, cozy & cocooning atmosphere. Large exposed & shaded terrace opening onto a pleasant little private natural garden, where an imposing cherry tree stands, surrounded by multi-hundred-year-old dry stone walls. Magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and the majestic medieval castle of Brandon which appears in the background (12th century building listed as MH, steeped in great history).
