Located in the gated community South Down Shores, this home is within steps of Lake Winnipesaukee and an abundance of community amenities! This newly remodeled 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home will accommodate a family of up to 12! You will love relaxing with a good book on the screened porch or grilling up a storm on the patio with a view of the lake. Conveniently situated, this home is a short walk to the association beach, playground and clubhouse. Also, bring your sneakers and racket and head for the community basketball and tennis courts. Walking your dog is a true delight in this community but please be sure they are leashed at all times. A pet fee of $250/ per dog applies. Equipped with wireless internet and expanded cable, this home should provide all the comforts of home. Parking is limited to 2 cars at the unit, but there is an overflow lot down by the water. Please be aware that motorcycles and snowmobiles are not permitted on the property. SLEEPS 12. PLEASE NOTE: linens and towels are not included in this rental. Please inquire about renting these items when confirming your reservation as they are first come, first served.
