Summary: On arrival date we drove by to check the property, we were early and had time. the property was a two story home, not sure if we had the right place I sent a message to Kristen, the manager to confirm we had the right place. her response was check in isn't until 3pm. I told her that I was aware of that we were just checking the address. We went and had lunch and arrived at the property at 3:10 pm. The unit was clean and spacious. with the exception of the filthy door mat outside the front door and the overflowing 5 gallon bucket of trash in the hallway. The couch in the living room had two cushions that were badly stained. The cushions had a zipper they
