Summary: The layout of the house allowed for family time in the ample family room, kitchen and dinning room all located together overlooking the water. The outdoor deck/living space was an extension space for family to gather. The kids enjoyed kayaking, time by the fire pit or challenging each other to games in the game room! Highly recommend, especially given the owners (Michael) responsiveness to our needs. The Peña Family .
