Summary: The basics are covered in this centrally located property - convenient free parking, 2 beds, bath, nice well set up kitchen. It's a functional unit. Coffee was available (thank you), bath towels are soft, beds were fine. Bedding is basic, just enough for each bed. Laundry is great! The location was good. There is a public park between you and the water, it's not quite 'beach front' (that wasn't an issue for us). CONS. The place is just an investment, there is no personal touch. No bedding for the couch, if you needed it. No beach towels. Significant noise from two separate unrelated reservations in the large accommodations above disrupted sleep in our 2 night stay. Screaming unhappy family on the first night until 2 AM Friday night, and a bachelor party until 2 AM the following night. There's a bathroom is above main bedroom, you will feel you are up close and personal with the user. ;-) In spite of the noise and sleeplessness, we had fun.
