Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: 5 minutes to race track and great food options and activities. Immaculately Clean and spacious basic third floor walkup in a good location easy walking to restaurants and activities . Comfortable beds, polyester sheets.
Negative: Third floor walk up difficult to carry up Luggage and groceries three flights of stairs. No views at all except of parking lot and condo pool. Extremely loud music until 11 pm on weekends. So awesome if you want to be part of the lakeside festivities. No ac in second bedroom, not a real second private bedroom - partial wall separates two bedrooms. So it stays somewhat cool but not ideal.
Summary: Good room for family not needing pvt bedrooms and difficult access.
