Welcome to this privately located gem with a beautiful view and lots of light. The house has three bedrooms with a double bed in each, there is also a smaller extra bed in one of the rooms for a child under 12 years old. There is a shower and toilet and also a washing machine and dryer in the house for longer stays.
In the living room there is a fireplace to cozy up to in the evenings, as well as a TV for movie nights. The kitchen has everything you need plus a dishwasher. All rooms in the house have large windows facing either the forest or the lake, the corridor between the kitchen and one of the bedrooms is also fully glazed and surrounded by greenery.
A well-proportioned terrace runs around most of the house with views of the forest and the North Sea, complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Below the terrace you then have your private sandy beach with jetty where you have access to a rowing boat with a motor. A canoe is also included in the house to take a trip on the lake.

Mölnlycke has lots of wonderful nature and several hiking trails such as Labbera and the Delsjö area, a large outdoor area with many trails. Cozy bathing spots are also in the area, such as Hästviken, Frökens udde with barbecue area and jumping tower, Gingsjön as well.
You live only 5 km as the crow flies from Landvetter airport and 15 km from Sweden's second largest city, Gothenburg. There is a lot of culture here in the form of museums such as the Gothenburg City Museum, art museum and natural history museum. For those more interested in science, there is the Universeum with a variety of experiments to try, plus a rainforest full of animals. Then of course there is the Liseberg amusement park with carousels and games. Gothenburg also has a wide range of restaurants with a wide variety of price ranges. Many cafes are also found here, especially in the cozy area of Haga.
