Our three family-style cottages offer the ideal Laurentian Lakeside Cottage experience on beautiful Lake MacDonald which is perfect for swimming, fishing, paddling, kayaking or skating (!). Surrounded by forest with trails for hiking, snowshoeing or skiing at your door. Enjoy the sandy beach, sit by the fire inside or out, watch the sunset. Quiet and private. Wifi (not high speed), basic satellite TV. Suitable for families with children. Includes sales taxes, fees and cleaning. Enquire about reduced rates. Four-season comfort and beauty; a fully equipped kitchen; luxuriously appointed cathedral living room with a stone fireplace and a wall of windows on the lake and a cozy furnished screen porch; a forest of trails from your door. This cottage is a private home that we make available for our family and yours to enjoy. It has the amenities of a beach resort, but we expect our guests to keep it clean and left tidy with respect for a home away from home. Guest access: Miles of cross-country ski trails; a thousand acres of snowshoeing. A private dock and sandy beach ideal for swimming. A canoe and or kayak available upon request, lifejackets; shared diving platform with a water slide.
