Our three adjacent family-style cottages offer the ideal Laurentian Lakeside Cottage experience on beautiful Lake MacDonald which is perfect for swimming, fishing, paddling, kayaking or skating (!). Surrounded by forest with trails for hiking, snowshoeing or skiing at your door. Enjoy the sandy beach, sit by the fire inside or out, watch the sunset. Quiet and private. Wifi (not high speed), basic satellite TV. Suitable for families with children. Includes sales taxes and cleaning; excludes hotel tax. Properly is suitable for multi-generational families, not adult groups. Four-season recently renovated cottage is waterfront, with a dock and wide sandy beach into shallow water, gradual depth out to the diving platform. There's lots of backyard with a contained fire pit with seating. Two large decks and screen porch with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. This cottage is a private home that we make available for our family and yours to enjoy. It has the amenities of a beach resort, but we expect our guests to keep it clean and left tidy with respect for a home away from home. Guest access Miles of cross-country ski trails; a thousand acres of snowshoeing. A private dock and sandy beach ideal for swimming. A canoe and or kayak available upon request, lifejackets; shared diving platform with a water slide. Guest interaction Property Manager, Grant lives one mile away and can help with any of your needs (a phone call anytime); peace and quiet are the topmost value here. Additional rules: Ideal for multi-generational families with children. Respect for the tranquil and pristine environment and neighbours. Keep the beach and cottage clean and organized.
