Small house completely renovated in 2024, in a 1.2 hectare estate with shared heated swimming pool, woods, river, old mill. For a relaxing and exotic stay.
The Moulin gîte is located in the Gâtinais, near Courtenay, in the pretty Cléry valley and 20 minutes from Montargis.
Many activities are possible in the surrounding area: archery, paddle boarding from the Chantecoq de Vallées Gâtinais base, picnicking, walking, cycling or horse riding...
