Welcome to our completely renovated mill with its design and careful decoration, located on the banks of the Mayenne river, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the place.
The house has a beautiful terrace for outdoor meals.
This 250 m² house is located in Entrammes, about 20 km from Laval. It will be ideal to accommodate 7 people, to meet with family or friends.
NOTE: a cat lives in the house, on the ground floor, but you will not have to take care of it.

THIS ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS OF :
On the ground floor:

🔹A fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob) and all necessary kitchen utensils as well as a high bar with two chairs.

1st floor:
🔹 A work space with a desk and lamp overlooking the Mayenne from the porthole.
🔹 A master bedroom with a Queen-Size bed (160 x 200) with its adjoining shower room consisting of a shower, basin and toilet
2nd floor:
🔹 A bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and chest of drawers.
🔹 A room with a double bed (140x200) and a heater (ideal for a child).
