Positive: Excellent location in the centre of Fontainebleau.
Negative: Sometimes early morning traffic just outside the door. Never found any scissors, beater (for whipping) or proper bread knife. The frying pan was deformed and worn and should be replaced. There seemed to be no ventilation fan in the bathroom so it was very wet and humid all the time. Parking was close (100 m) but cost 21 Euros per night.
Summary: Perfect place for day trips to the world class boulder climbing around Fontainebleau.
