The cottage is located in a very quiet hamlet, surrounded by woods, with its animals: Dwarf goats, geese, chickens, pigeons and soon 2 alpaca that walks on the 5000m2 of lawn and fenced woods and will come to beg you some pieces of bread or delicacies.
The cottage, stone, has remained in its raw, with its fireplace completed with 1 electric heating and a furnace to prepare a good meal in winter.
On the ground floor you will find, the kitchen dining room, the living room, 1 adult bedroom, bathroom (bath shower) with washing machine and separate toilet.
Upstairs, 1 adult room (bed 140) and a smaller room bed 90 completed with 1 cot for BB. 1 bathroom with toilet is also upstairs and a mezzanine used as an office or games room. All on 100m2
For the kitchen, all the utensils with toaster, kettle, coffee maker, plancha, fondue. (there is no dishwasher)
Outside, 2 garden lounges with barbecue and sunbathing
including 1 in the park to be closer to the animals.
This cottage is in the countryside, quiet and good air.
Small shops are 6km and a medical home and 1 lake with supervised beach (in summer) paddle boats, fishing.
