Light filled, stylish and commanding a prime location on Windsorโs High Street, this spacious, two bedroom apartment in the heart of it all is the ideal option for couples or friends visiting town. The happening suburb of Windsor is an ideal place to base yourself and discover the vibrant culture and eateries on offer. Plus, youโll have the luxury of a private outdoor balcony, giving you space to unwind in the evenings with a drink in hand.
Chic furniture and plush carpeted flooring are complemented by a comfortable outdoor balcony framed by expansive neighbourhood views. Step from the light-filled living roomโfit with a white leather couch and wide-screen TVโinto a fully-equipped corner kitchen fit with appliances like an oven, large fridge, gas stove and dishwasher as well as all the essential cooking utensils and crockery. Cook up a storm and then dine at the four-person indoor dining table.
Two large bedrooms come with comfortable queen beds dressed in quality linen and have built-in wardrobes; while a spacious and contemporary bathroom features an extra-large shower, toilet, and a big vanity with mirrored cupboards and his and her sinks.
Additional luxuries include secure parking for one car, air conditioning and heating, a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, and high-speed WiFi.
**Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
We are no longer able to provide lockbox access. Our greeting service will get in-touch after you book to arrange key handover. *Please note there is an additional fee of $30 after 9pm and $50 after 12am for key handovers* and If you are running late to meet our greet person please let us know asap. We will need to charge $20 per hour for late arrival to meet our greet person.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Apologies in advance, but council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Our meet-and-greet service will incur an additional fee of $30 for check-ins after 8 pm, and $60 after midnight. Thank you for understanding.
