1. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: After 3 PM (GMT+10) on your arrival date.
Check-out: By 10 AM (GMT+10) on your departure date.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: These may be accommodated based on availability if arranged at least 24 hours in advance. Unapproved early check-ins or late check-outs may incur additional fees to cover disruptions to our housekeeping schedule.
For convenient store check-ins or check-outs, please verify shop hours as outlined in your instructions. Check-ins/outs outside of shop hours may incur a $150 after-hours delivery fee.
