This apartment has got a main bedroom with double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, a family bathroom with walk in shower, fully fitted independent kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine, and bright living room with tv and access to a terrace.
There are aircon units in both bedrooms and in the living room plus some radiators to be make it comfy enough not also during the Summer months but also during the colder months of the year.
The development has a communal pool and it is minutes away from both the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor. It has all the necessary services around.

Located in the km 17 of La Manga, Veneciola, the Mar Menor is 1 minute walking distance from the apartment and the Mediterranean Sea is less than 5 minutes.

Summary: Gostei do apartamento. Bem equipado, muito agradável. Excelente A cafeteira do café deveria ser substituída por uma em que o recipiente é de vidro o que permita café em maior abundância, evitando fazer uma 2ª cafeteira. O resguardo do quarto de banho privado é pequeno saindo muita água para fora.
