The space
The Warehouse has been designed to be a tranquil inner city hideaway.

With a newly fitted bath with copper taps it doesn't get more relaxing. The Warehouse is beautifully crafted to make a unique getaway experience.

You can enjoy various dining areas, utilise the projector for movies or play ping pong till your heart desires. Perfect for a inner city getaway!

We have setup Fairylights both inside and outside if you want to create a romantic setting. We'll leave instructions on how to turn them on.

Designer ping pong table is for your perusal. Push open the venetian doors on a nice summers day.

Pets are welcome. We have a mini dachshund so the premise has ramps up all stairs. Cleaning fee for pets is $75.

Please note this is a warehouse space and comes with it quirks. If you're looking for a hotel experience we would recommend this isn't the best fit for you. We provide on experience but it can get a little chilly over winter but a hot bath and gas heater will keep you toasty!

Other things to note
We want our guests to enjoy their time and feel as though they are at home. However we won't tolerate illicit drugs or house parties. Additional guests are not permitted on the premise unless otherwise arranged. A fee of $1000 will be charged if the premise is used for a party and it's the owners discretion if they choose to rent to guests who are based in Melbourne for this reason. Small events and shoots can be permitted and will be quoted for separately.

This 1 Bedroom House provides accommodation with Air Conditioner, Pet Friendly, Bedding/Linens, for your convenience. This House features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group.
