Located in the exclusive gated neighborhood of Shark Key just 7 miles outside of Key West, this large waterfront property with shallow draft boat access is perfect for your next getaway to paradise. 3 large bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom, kitchen with new appliances, pool table, new furniture and linens throughout. The master bedroom resides on it's own floor with large private walk out balcony overlooking the pool area and waterfront.
This house has the most amazing sunsets that can be seen from the living room, outdoor patios, tiki hut, pool-side or sitting down by the dock. Includes paddle boards and kayak for exploring the marine life right off the back of the property. The gated neighborhood has a private beach and swimming lagoon as well as tennis courts and basketball.
