This luxury 4 level townhouse has 3 bedroom plus a sleeping loft and 2 full baths.1st floor has two bedrooms with one full size bath and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. 1st bedroom has a queen size bed with a slider that goes out to a ground level deck and the 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds 1st bunk bed is a twin over twin and 2nd bunk bed is a full over full with twin trundle. 2nd floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with setting for 8 people plus a 2 person breakfast bar, 2nd floor deck, living room with setting for 10 people 60' TV over wood burning fireplace bluRay and WiFi. 3rd floor has a loft with pullout queen size bed. 4th floor has a master bedroom with king size bed with 50' TV and a full bath.

Summary: I've rented from Joe multiple times. We go up as a family of 8 for Fall hiking. House easily accommodates the family. Fully equipped for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Perfectly positioned on the Kancamagus Hwy. Just few mins from Loon (shuttle provided in the winter for skiing) and just a couple of miles from the center. Joe is very responsive to any items and or questions. Looking forward to renting agiain in FY24!
