Welcome to our luxurious Villa at Los Porticos Villas, Placencia, Belize located only 150 feet from the Caribbean Sea on a pristine beachfront property. Los Porticos Villas are 27 private residences with many available for rent. A lovely setting for couples and families looking for a quiet comfortable Caribbean vacation. With over 1,650 square feet of interior space, you will feel right at home in our spacious Villa. The living room has seating for 7 guests, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and free Wi-Fi, plus a Murphy bed and extra half bath. Our Villa also comes with a fully equipped kitchen with an island bar and separate dining area. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, combined with a private veranda that has an enticing view of the Caribbean Sea. Our second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a washer/dryer in the villa for your convenience. Relax on the 600 square foot verandah that has ample seating for an amazing view of the Caribbean sea or enjoy casual dining at the outdoor table. Just Grab a Belikin Beer and unwind after a long day of activities or feel free to take a dip in our main fresh water pool. Los Porticos is a beautiful self-catered Condo Villa Resort located on one of the finest beaches on the Placencia Peninsula and is nestled in a tropical garden, a spectacular setting, amazing Flora and Fauna that is maintained daily. Our location is ideal; just a mile from Placencia Village, far enough for tranquility and relaxation but yet still close enough to explore the village, restaurants, bars and shops. An Italian restaurant (La Dolce Vita) is located on property, open for dinner. A wine store is also located on the property. Placencia is considered the main hub for all activities in the south, both aquatic and terrain tours start in Placencia. There is superb diving and snorkeling at the Silk Cayes, Laughing Bird, Glover's Reef, Ranguana and Light House Caye. You can also do reef fishing, trolling, fly fishing etc. or if you are interested in doing some in land tours, there is the Cockscomb Basin/Jaguar reserve, take a dip at a waterfall, visit the past at one of our Maya ruins, or enlighten your taste pallets with a tour to one of Belize’s Famous Chocolate Factories.
