Summary:
Perfect Location! We offer a peaceful oasis that is blocks to Tucson best offerings: great Restaurants, micro breweries, coffee shops, pickle-ball courts, live music, shopping etc. Stroll through the historic treelined streets with bungalow style homes, to our neighborhood "Time Market" for fresh, on site, baked bread, cheeses and a great beer/wine selection. Hikers/explorers have been loving the easy access to the mountains and beyond..or stay "home" and relax in our lush garden atmosphere.
The Space:
The manor suite isa premier room with a private entry and at the south end of our (4) rental suites on the 1/2 acre in town property.
You will enjoy relaxing in your large private garden terrace viewed that may be viewed from your king size bed and sitting area. The 500 sq.ft. room is appointed with an antique armoire/closet, a comfortable couch and reading chair and a collection of Objet d'art.
The bathroom was deigned or accommodate a massage table, soaking tub, a luxurious "rain style" shower w/hand held shower option.
General notes:
Tucson Manor West was completely remodeled over the corse of 2 years, including a 1500 sq. ft addition.
There is a "house" water filter system that removes harsh metals including chlorine, and 99% of all viruses and bacteria, therefore its favorable to drink straight from the tap!
The Manor suite may be rented along with the Garden room suite, that includes a full state of the are kitchen w/dining. There is a hotel style joint room connection, (2)doors for privacy, between your room and kitchen/sitting area.
Along with the 8 space gated parking, there are perimeter walls of that fully enclosed the property.
Guest Access:
You will enter through your garden terrace, through the large steel patio door with a key that is provided by host at arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Historic west university area is known for its unique bungalow style homes, lush landscaping and easy walkability to downtown, historic theaters that are now music venues, micro breweries and a great variety of restaurants.
Getting Around:
Free street parking or our private (8) space gated parking lot at back of property.

1. Guests control their environment, each room has its own thermostat.
There are five efficient new Mechanical units.
3. Building is highly insulated: Designed with a modern twist on Tucson's historic Barrio Style:
12” thick block exterior walls , 8'-0" tall steel windows and patio doors, a high pitched roof structure and interior traditional High ceilings.
4. Repurposed building materials: a priority during construction was to incorporated well-made materials from historic buildings found at Gerson's used building supplies.
(16) solid wood interior doors, and steel for gates.
5. Fireplaces:
Two of the (4)premier suites have masonry, wood burning/gas ignited fireplaces.
Note: Gas logs in the Terrace suite. Firewood on site for Studio suite.
6. Designed for entertainment. Large landscaped courtyards with 2’x2’ concrete pavers designed as a “flex space” for a multitude of entertaining and gathering usage.
