This lovely apartment is situated on the first floor and can be accessed by either elevator or stairs.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms, both beautifully furnished. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a separate shower room which serves the twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample space.
There is a modern stainless steel kitchen which is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven & hob and Nespresso coffee machine.
The spacious lounge and dining room are tastefully furnished with patio doors leading to a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden area. The terrace is furnished with a table & chairs, suitable for dining 'al fresco' plus two sunbeds to soak up the sunshine.
The property is equipped with itยดs own personal Wifi and has air conditioning fitted throughout.
The apartment has recently been updated with a brand new 50โ television which is equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Rakuten TV and YouTube.
There is also the added option if you require a TV WiFi box which can provide UK channels BBC1, BBC2,ITV, CH4 and a selection of Sky films, sports and kids channels.
