Very private gated community, 3 bdr/ 2 ba, 2024 sq ft with a complete interior remodel (completed Feb. 2021) Mid Century Modern home with a simply spectacular view of Eisenhower Mountain and lots of open green space between units affords privacy. Comfortable, spacious, light, bright and airy feel carried throughout the condo. The complex has lots of walking paths, 6 pools (2 heated with adjoining hot tubs, one of which is 35 yards behind our home), two tennis courts (one with pickle ball markings), putting green, 4 hole - pitch and putt golf course. We are close to any and all attractions of desert resort living and hiking trails galore. El Paseo Drive and The Indian Wells Tennis Gardens are located 3 miles away.
There are 2 Smart 4K HDTVs, a 75" in the living room with Roku and 55" in the mbr. WiFi is available and fast, as is cable TV along with streaming options of Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Discovery Plus (commercial - free) and ESPN+ for your entertainment and viewing pleasure.
Bedrooms have 1 king, 1 queen and two twins.
