Please note that there are 4 exterior security cameras all located around the perimeter of the home. The alfresco dining space is not captured by any of the cameras. All cameras have alarms that are triggered if cameras are moved or removed.
Guests should also note that there will be green keepers to maintain the lawn and garden beds on Thursday or Friday every fortnight for a brief period around generally around mid-day. Exclusively outdoors only. They do not require access to the house or Alfresco.
There is no garage remote, opening and closing the garage is done from the inside only.
Guests should also note, this is a new housing estate and there is construction work happening along the street in neighboring properties. Ample parking is available in the double garage and the driveway of the home for your convenience.
