Crabbers View is a stunning, recently refurbished, two bedroom holiday apartment located in the seaside village of Lynmouth in North Devon. Sleeping up to four guests, the dog friendly, holiday home enjoys some wonderful sea views and offers a relaxing retreat to either couples or small families.
The ground floor apartment has a large open plan living area, which has been tastefully decorated throughout. Sea Views can be enjoyed through the large windows that overlook Lynmouth Harbour, and patio doors open out onto a large paved patio where the sea views are spectacular.
The open plan living area features a comfy lounge with a sofa and an armchair, as well as a handy wood-burning stove and a smart TV. Situated behind the lounge is a the kitchen/diner. The dining area has a table that can comfortably seat four and the kitchen has been fitted with a good range of appliances, including an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
The two bedrooms at Crabbers View are a good size and both have zip and link beds, which allow them on request to be either set up as king size doubles or a twin with two single beds. Both bedrooms share the bathroom, which has a bath with a shower overhead, a wash basin and a WC.
