All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower; two include soaking tubs. The villa features luxurious appointments, such as solid mahogany doors and trim, bronze-finished hardware, cherry cabinets, and granite and marble countertops. The gourmet kitchen includes a Sub Zero refrigerator and quality Wolf appliances.
The vaulted great room includes indoor dining for 6, bar seating for 6, and plenty of couch and club chair seating for lounging after a long day at the beach or golf. The home has zoned air conditioning for fine-tuning your cooling needs, including a separate zone for the upstairs primary suite. The great room and all suites include TVs for private viewing.
The spacious upper lanai allows distant ocean views, an outdoor kitchen with stainless BBQ, cherry cabinetry, a refrigerator, a prep sink, a large seating area, and a dining area for eight guests. Other amenities include a full-size laundry room with a Kohler laundry sink and Fisher and Paykel washer and dryer. A built-in office area and printer are great for printing last-minute boarding passes, and a desk area for work-related activities. Enjoy a double-car garage where you will find the included beach chairs and bodyboards for your beach outings and plenty of room for parking.
