Welcome to our luxury holiday flat located frontline golf in Elviria, Marbella, 5 minutes drive to the beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants with high speed internet and Smart TV, where you can enjoy Netflix, HBO, etc.
This very spacious and cosy holiday flat is located in the urbanization Elviria Hills in the heart of Elviria. The flat is divided on one floor.
The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a modern fully fitted kitchen and a spacious living/dining room with access to the large terrace with a large outdoor sofa and an outdoor table to enjoy a dinner with stunning sunset views. In summer you can enjoy the sunset on the back terrace.
Directly at the entrance is the living dining room with a large dining table with 6 chairs, the living room has a large sofa with space for the whole family to enjoy movies or game nights. The terrace is very large and south facing, so you can have breakfast in the morning in the sun overlooking the coast of Marbella and in particular the sea and in the evening enjoy the sunset.
On the right side of the entrance is the new modern kitchen with separate utility room. On the two sides of the living room there are two corridors with the three bedrooms, two on the right and one on the left, two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, blender, American fridge, cooker, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and all new Bosch appliances. Also fully equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. The laundry room has a tumble dryer and washing machine. In addition, the kitchen and laundry room have underfloor heating for the colder days.
All the bedrooms have a fantastic view, depending on the orientation they have of both the sea and the mountains. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes.
The master bedroom has a 180x200 electric Boxspring bed with direct access to the terrace which connects the bedroom with the living room. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
The second bedroom also has a Boxspring bed 180x200m and direct access to the back terrace with an exceptional view of the mountains, the terrace is connected to the laundry room and the kitchen. The private en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The third bedroom with a large south-east window is also furnished with a 180x200m double bed and the bathroom has a shower and a washbasin.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided, so you only need to bring your personal belongings to enjoy your holiday in Elviria Hills. All bathrooms have underfloor heating for the colder days.
The flat has a security alarm. The air conditioning and heating are centralized.
The residential complex Elviria Hills is located on the golf course of Elviria, only 8 minutes drive from Marbella. Supermarkets (Supersol and Opencor) are only a 5 minute drive away. The beach can be reached on foot in max. 20 minutes. Malaga airport is about 35 minutes away.
There is also a parking space in the garage, which is connected by a lift to the flat with free access.
Guest access
The shared flat Elviria Hills is located in Elviria and is very well connected to everything. It has a well maintained communal area with two communal pools. There is also a private garage.
Furthermore, the condominium has its own golf course with driving range and a community centre with gym, sauna, massage room, tennis court and one of the most famous restaurants "El Lago". At lunch time it is a normal restaurant and in the evening it becomes a Michelin star restaurant.
The communal swimming pools are available to you at no extra charge at any time. For the gym and sauna etc. there is an additional charge, you can choose between daily ticket, weekly ticket and monthly pass. Just ask us!
